It is not that they lost Eberflus. it is that they replaced him with Gus Bradley.

Four full quarters of Matt Pryor protecting Matt Ryan's blindside against a pass rush that ranks first in the league in QB pressures per dropback.

It is even better. In the last 4 years against Pat Mahomes his D's have given up:

2021: 41 and 48 pts. Raiders as DC
2020: 23pts Chargers as DC
2019: 40 pts Jags as HC
2018: 30 pts Jags as HC

His scheme fits perfect for Pat to have a big game with big passing plays.
