Now this I can agree with.

You mean you like to cherry pick a few stats that fit your narrative and ignore dozens of others.

We've danced to this song already... Penny came out of nowhere those final 3 games and put up 500 yards. Yes, they still count, but that ground game sure as hell was not a consistent threat.

Williams and Gordon could very realistically combine for 2500 rushing yards and 20 TDs on their own, they had 17 combined TDs last year with 1800 rushing yards and another 500 receiving. That duo is what needs to be a force for this whole thing to work out as Denver hopes. Wilson and those receivers can do a lot of great things with that ground game performing high.

Defend your answer.
I did with passer rating already. If there's another stat you want to go with, that's fine.

As far as I can see, I'm the only one who has given out any QB stats in this discussion. Everyone else just keeps saying names and posting emojis.

The guy that your fanbase is calling a star had two 100 yd games and fell under 4 YPC in over 40% of his games.

You're referring to the rookie that had exactly 50% of the production split with Gordon... that guy? He is the lead RB this year, that was not the case in 2021.

Imagine being so desperate that you give up 3 players, two 1st round picks, two 2nd round picks and $250 million dollars....

The realizing your new QB is ranked only 4 slots higher than Carr...and still 3rd in your own division (not conference).

That's some fine, high-level wheeling and dealing right there...especially as said teams success is 100% contingent on hoping the 61th ranked QB plays better than he has in years.

Clown-show franchise...

Point being, he hasn't proven a whole lot yet. More importantly, your line hasn't been that good.

Remember, Jeudy was going to set the world ablaze in year 2, Sutton was going to be a top 10 WR, "Horse Cock Lock" was going to kill it in year 2, etc etc.

Yeah, if you're not catching the trend from the fans of that particular franchise, WAKE UP, here's what they present

But those performances are way more important by Williams...they happened in the middle of the season...not at the end when teams are trying to make the post-season.

Nevermind Donks got to play 4 of the 5 worst teams in the NFL..that part isn't important either.

:-)

So just so we're clear, with the Donkos offensive line, you think it's realistic to possibly expect Williams and Gordon to do something that has NEVER been done in the history of the NFL by a team's Top 2 RB's???

Seems legit.

"At signing: $33 million. (Wilson will be paid $57 million this season, as you can see in the sidebar, but $24 million of that was already on the books as old money.)"

$57 million for last place...seems like a good deal. It did get you one vote (out of a possible 25) to win the division...money well spent. You've arrived...
