Nzoner's Game Room>Berry foot hurting him
ShowtimeSBMVP 01:10 PM 12-28-2018

Eric Berry didn’t practice today as “his foot was bothering him,” per Andy Reid.

Eric Berry’s foot was bothering him so no work today for him. Not encouraging for his ability to play Sunday or beyond

Eric Berry did not practice for #Chiefs today. Calf/heel was sore and they backed him off, Andy Reid says.

of course i want both guys here but only if they can deliver game changing level of play, which they are not, nor do i see any reason to believe they can moving forward w/out something dramatic happening.

here we were all planning for next year during training camp, and for me anyway, i look at cap decisions that may have to happen, and think, NEXT year may be the lost season. if you're gonna do it, cut bait on hitchens and watkins too.
Why does anyone want them here? Cause they use to be good? Now they are just taking up money and performing at average levels at best.

Sentimental stuff doesn't win.

He won't retire as long as he's under that contract.

And actually it's almost 7 so they'd save about 2.6 million cutting him.
16.5 million cap hit. 6.95 dead. 9.55 freed up. Dumbass.

At this point what other than bashing do you expect? He's paid like an elite player and we've seen jack squat.

Then it’s up to the Chiefs to do the right thing and cut him. This franchise would be insane to have this guy back next year at $16.5 million

What good players do you think they are finding on June 1?

You can actually cut them before June 1 now and just give them the designation.

Well this is the same team who's owner saw fit to sign him when the GM didn't...they care about image and Hunt may not want to cut a cancer survivor.

Well yeah, but that cap charge hangs around until June 1.

And again.
At this point it doesn't matter, it's time to start over, these "leaders" of the past need to go.

As soon as the season is over he needs to have surgery so he can be back by training camp if not then they need to move on.

As far as the Raider's game goes I imagine he will play he was a full participant in practice all week except for today. Probably just precautionary.
