Clemson is a beautiful area, but it's definitely a very small town compared to some of these other schools. It's like 15,000 people. It's not directly on an interstate. Sure there are college towns but places like Tuscaloosa, Baton Rouge, Gainesville, Athens, even Columbia, these are towns of over 100,000 people. They feel like small cities. Clemson is something different. [Reply]

Thank you for making my point in a much more eloquent way. [Reply]

Ah, OK. At least it's a positive message. But maybe that's just me. [Reply]

If God is who he says he is, he would care about everything... even ping pong games... [Reply]

I guess the point I was trying to make is I'm not sure there are even 5 people that could have done what Swinney has done. His accomplishment there is truly outstanding. [Reply]
Horseface will probably move to Clemson for the next two years to drool over the possibility of drafting Lawrence.
Although I think the Faketriots could have them beat... Tom Brady retires after next season, and they then tank with Brian Hoyer to be in a position to draft Lawrence in 2021. [Reply]

I agree. I was referring to the idea that Clemson is like these other college towns. I'm not sure it is. I think it's impressive he gets kids with that kind of talent to come to Clemson, South Carolina. It's a pretty small town relatively speaking even compared to some of the other ACC and SEC college towns. [Reply]
