I'm second guessing my decision at this point. I'm considering just canceling my appointment. Myocarditis is my biggest fear. I can't really identify if it's a rational fear or not.

Anyone have any opinion on whether to go through with it or not?

Florida didn't do anything. It just burned through the vulnerable population and moved on to another location.

Cooler outside in florida and the south now so people are outside getting fresh air again.

As it gets colder further north and people start staying inside again breathing recirculated covid air cases will increase just like they did in the south during the hot months.

So would that be Florida kicking butt or Florida got its butt kicked?

:-)

They're #6 in the country in deaths per capita overall, so I suppose it's a pyrrhic victory of sorts.

JFC, hard to believe people read that drivel... a lot of people died over the past 18 months and they were blaming us, but now they're silent because our numbers look good this week!!!

And these people lead entire states.

I just got a notice that I'm eligible for the booster. It kind of surprised me since I'm not over 65 and not in their vulnerable populations. But I'll go get it. I actually had more positive side effects than negative with the initial vaccination, so I'll double down. I got Pfizer and we're starting to see studies showing waning effectiveness. Given the Delta characteristics, my personal opinion is that a booster is a good idea.

The first two days of Little Big Horn were tough on the cavalry, but by the third day there were no more deaths at all.

Israel booster program seems to be going well

I’m still not sure they’re needed for blanket portions of the population
