According to my doctor, my stomach and my rectum I need a lot more fiber in my diet. I doubt I am the only one. My favorite foods are beer, meat and salt. I also like cheese and good potato chips.

I eat original (5 minute) oat meal every day and sometimes chicken with broccoli and brown rice. I also drink kefir and about a gallon of water every day which creates 5 star bowel movements. A friend of mine swears by Metamucil, but I’ve never tried it. [Reply]
got some cheap fiber pills / Walgreens or Walmart knockoff.
they seem to work well/do the trick. I can defintitely tell a difference if I'm consistently taking them, then forget to take them for a few days. [Reply]
eat a salad with dinner, eat beans once in a while
eat a completely vegetarian meal once a week
do you like indian food? there's a ton of really good indian dishes that are high in fiber, like a red lentil curry that will be more than enough fiber [Reply]
