Probably because it's ****ing incorrect.
It has been reported previously that Ballard watched Mahomes in person.

Mahomes' contract is going to hit your salary cap eventually, and continuing to push it out is only going to make it more painful when it does hit.
You do realize the salary cap will rise and rise by quite a bit, especially with the increase in betting revenue. Plus Mahomes contract won't even be the highest in the league for very long. I am pretty sure that Veach is well aware of this and planned for it.

Funny how you ignore “it’s been reported” that Veach was the guy pounding the table for Mahomes long before everybody else, and he’s been given credit for it by everybody from those at Texas Tech and Andy Reid himself.

Irrelevant. It was Veach that found him and pushed for him.

Shhhhhh, you are destroying his narrative that Mahomes and this team was all Ballard and Dorsey and Veach is somehow a drooling idiot.

Caseo'dildos might be the best troll this site has to offer. It's a shame he'll disappear about 1/3 thru the season until next preseason.

Remember that article about Veach talking to Patrick’s agent and his agent not recalling ever speaking to Dorsey? :-)

Everyone else in the Chiefs' building loved him too. He doesn't get credit for drafting him. Not when Dorsey masterfully manipulated the draft in order to make sure he got his guy.

If Kansas City hadn't gone exactly where they went, he would have been gone. He would have been gone on the very next pick."

Dorsey had much the same sense. He identified the Cardinals, Giants and Saints as teams the Chiefs needed to maneuver in front of. The Saints picked 11th, the Cardinals 13th and the Giants 23rd.

"I tried to read as much as I could, in terms of reading the other 31 teams and seeing where they were positioning," Dorsey said shortly after Mahomes was drafted. "I felt to get this player, I had to be at 10.

"I know there were three teams that wanted this player very badly, and I got a text or two [afterward] asking, 'How'd you do that?' It worked. I've got to thank the Buffalo Bills. They were willing to acquire some picks, and that would help them as well, so it helped out both parties."

Dorsey and Doug Whaley, then the Bills' general manager, started discussing the trade at the NFL scouting combine in February. They got serious about trade terms in the days leading up to the draft.

Whaley said last week that he didn't know the player the Chiefs were after and didn't suspect it was a quarterback, despite the steep move from 27 to 10.

"Not at all," said Whaley, who was fired shortly after that draft for reasons not having to do with the Mahomes trade. "The Chiefs played it right. With Alex Smith on their roster, we didn't think they were coming up for a quarterback.

Guys you’re arguing with a bot, who’s teams only drafted quarterback who was even halfway decent was Jay Fucking Cuntler. He has less rings than Mark Brunell, Steve Buerlein, and Byron Leftwich.

Since Mahomes first start Mahomes 114-24 TD to Ints
Denver quarterbacks 47-38TD’s to Ints

Laughable and pathetic.

Knowshit, you’re team is a joke. Just like you.

:-) Does Knowmo not know about that article that goes into great detail about the partnership between Steinberg and Veach to ultimately land Mahomes in KC?

Knowmo - Is it true that Broncos are considering relocating to Maine? Can you confirm or deny? I think there is a good chance of it too when you consider the all the zip codes that begin with “049” are located in Maine. This seems like a good long term plan because all the zips beginning with “0411” are also located in Maine.
