Schwartz was on 610 with Carrington the other day and was pretty candid about how he is just trying to get to a point where he doesn't have daily pain. He wants to still play but is focused on getting his body right and it didn't sound like he was at that point quite yet. He has also stated that the Chiefs have the right of first refusal, if he is able to come back and play. Still refers to the team with 'us' type of language. I know, I know, it's the Fisher thread but the conversation was already derailed.
