This guy couldn't block Frank Clark today.

If he was anything like the Chiefs pass rushers, he still wouldn't get to him.

The reason they thought he'd be good is because he blocks Frank Clark in practice every day.

Proper setup technique and good footwork fundamentals can help a lot. There are a lot of guys less athletic than Brown who do a better job of not getting beaten off the edge.

What about Switching Thuney and Brown?

Thuney has the footwork to protect the edge, Brown won't get beaten inside.

Niang is just as slow.

Yup, he was Not getting this beat off the edge when he was with the Ravens. In a interview this year he said he had to relearn his technique, The Andy Heck way and he has totally regressed under his tutelage.

I'm all for firing Andy Heck, and wanted him gone for years, but Brown's combine numbers suggested he wasn't athletic enough to pass-block at the NFL level, and that appears to be the case.

Post of the year nomination goes to Rain Man. Hahahaha

The guy is just not a fit for this football team at tackle.

Send him back to Baltimore for a 3rd right now. Fuck it. Throw Niang in at LT and let Tanoh-Wego... Winnebago whatever the fuck his name is, be the swing guy.

There is a reason Baltimore was willing to dump him so easily.

Going into another offseason with a gaping hole at left tackle- this trade looks like a massive fail

Veach got duped by the Ravens.

Ravens traded him to us and used the pick on a pass rusher that has more sacks than Chris Jones and Frank Clark combined
