I want to get a couple of 25 pound dumbells and do farmer walks on a hill as I always love the burn a good incline gives. Would this be good to add to workouts or more a waste of time?

Yeah, that's about as good as it gets. You'll burn calories like a motherfucker doing that. The muscles it could build doing that would be your traps.

With it being an incline hill going backwards wouldn't that also work the lower body as well?

I also have a weight vest couldn't I just use that instead of dumbells also I do a upper/lower split would I be able to substitute 1 of those days for this?

I don't think you'd build your traps with a vest...just the dumbbells. Plus you'll work on grip strength.

Age? I started TRT at 43 with T levels at 421 and Free T at 9.8.

Also depends on the doc you go to. My doctor specializes in hormone therapies for men.
