The reference went over your head.

You ever watch Everybody Loves Raymond? :-)

I never said it was mine but now that I know you are going to tin-eye my pics and flame me I will post source or you can right click the image...

What brand is that?
to be clear bro... i posted a question, with an alternative answer. you were either the author of that page, or you used the image as an example of what you had done. and the only reason i recognized the image was that i had done a lot of research on mods for cheap smokers. :-)

as far as my smoker, its called a 'texas ranchero'. i have extended downward into the cook chamber the chimney. added a pseudo deflector plate above heat inlet of smoker, and the corrugated steel on smoker hood. ignore the firebox insert as that was more a fail than anything. the small holes choked out the fire too much. these are some past pics attached :-)

It was the ONLY dish she could make that Raymond liked. Everything else came from his mother's cooking.

Never eat at a restaurant who's ribs are Memphis style and who's chicken is named Kansas City ....

Never play cards with a guy named Doc...

Never sleep with someone who has more problems than you do...

They were average ribs. A couple were moist and good the others were a little dry and tough.

Cheese grits we're smashing.

I never trust a rib that is't showing 1'2" of bone to be tender.
