I had a giant roast beef and swiss with mayo, horseradish, some garden salad mix and white onion slices on a fresh Ciabatta loaf that had just come out of the oven at supermarket.

I've been on a Dagwood sandwich kick lately.

Was craving a post-win cheese steak but fuck Philly so busted out the heavy equipment and did it Chiefs style subbing the onion for red and yellow peppers and a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top

Sliced a ribeye using the melted fat on the flattop

Can't wait to poop tomorrow!
