Now don't get me wrong, if I wanted to go buy a 500k house, I am sure I could put atleast 20% down on it without touching my retirement to go into debt again.... Will I do that? No. [Reply]

I have the education covered, I can afford about 3-4 k a month without a terrible amount of pain... I have a small business I have owned since 99 that grosses that a month plus I still have my salary at Fedex and some mutual funds I have invested in...
btw Donger, these are very good questions that people don't think about until they are a few months away from college.... Think about it now and the kids don't have to suffer with student loans or not nearly as bad anyway.... [Reply]
