A girl I used to fool around did that once. She had made me a "solo" video and accidentally posted it to her wall instead of to me as a private message. She was mortified, I was entertained.

I once flew for an hour with 3 rivets popped on the wing.
Reference which ever one was the model helicopter, I had a friend who got one for Christmas and went out to fly it in the neighborhood, flew it out of range, and never saw it again.
