That looks like a ring of fire! I like spicy, hate paying for it later.

On tacos yes, everything else I like to melt the cheese. Looks good, wasn't knocking your dish.

Poblano peppers are not spicy in the slightest.

Okay, but the peppers with the jalapenos looked like a rectum wrecker. :-)

Jalapenos aren't really hot to me anymore. My rectum stays intact with all spicy foods. I hope it stays that way. :-)

Stuff with cream cheese and bacon bits next time, especially if you're trying to watch carb intake. Beans are opposite of what you're wanting.

I don't do no carb. I do low carb. You still need carbs for strength training. It's very misunderstood by people who think the lower the carbs the better. It's about dosing your carbs correctly and at certain meals.

I do but bacon in from time to time though. I try to watch my salt so that's not always something I go for.

I lost a lot of weight on a low carb diet where I ate beans at least twice a day.

You sir are very smart.

And in case anyone is curious, my low carbs days are about 50-100 grams of carbs. The average American eats near 300 grams of carbs per day.
