Probably not. For some reason, gambling is okay but marijuana is still evil. Well, I know the reason but that's a topic for a different sub-forum.

Missouri does have medical marijuana. Kansas doesn't even sell liquor in grocery stores.

Missouri has Anheuser-Busch, helps when it comes to lax alcohol laws.

I keep some petty cash in a sports betting app just to get through NFL offseason sports watching. Makes all the difference when scrolling through to see what's on sports-wise.

Damn.

Just threw a little on the offshore account for tomorrow. Would have waited if I knew... figured those kucks in the government were still bickering about who gets to skim what.

That changed last year. Kansas does let you pick up your booze with your fruity pebbles now.

Yeah MGM, Caesars etc. isn't letting some offshore casino take their business.

I loved using the fanduel book when I was in Iowa. Beats BTC in and BTC out and getting the tax man involved in every bet no matter what.

Well, no dice for now. Senate takes it up on 4/25. Would be insane for them to not vote it in (which means, of course, they won't vote it in). But, just on the off chance they actually do the right thing, this 3 week delay won't really matter in the short term. The goal will be to get sports betting up and running in time for the 2022 NFL season. Whether or not the 3 "lost" weeks end up costing that goal or not, remains to be seen. Either way, whether they passed it this week or at the end of the month, the earliest we would be able to bet in state would be September.

Look at the bright side: how many of us are left in Dartgod's gambling challenge at the end of the season.
