Exactly- he realizes that the college pitching route has sucked so now they completely shifted strategy to the very high risk strategy of high school arms. There’s a decent chance Frankie never makes it to the major league level. It also seems to be a concession that the window for contending that we thought was going to open in 22 or 23 is now even farther off. [Reply]
