The Cincinnati Bengals select, Aaron Banks, OG, Norte Dame
Bengals continue the theme of this draft once again protect QB Joe Burrow. Banks can play either guard position and is equally efficient in both pass blocking and run blocking. He’s projected to be solid starter with a chance to even be more. Bengals with Sewell, banks, Dickerson and Rielly Rieff have built a really young talented line to protect Burrow. [Reply]
Weird, I use a draft network mock draft picking for all teams to track who is available still (there are probably better ways of doing this), but Quinn Meinerz isn't there to pick on the standard TDN big board. [Reply]
The bengals draft so far has fallen perfect. I wouldn’t be mad if Chiefs concentrated on O line this draft imagine Mahomes with time to throw it’s been rare since he started. [Reply]
The Dallas Cowboys select Jevon Holland, S, University of Oregon
Having considered Holland (or Safety Richie Grant) at #44 before ultimately addressing the DL, the Cowboys are thrilled to snag one of the drafts top safeties in the middle of round 3. The team is desperately trying to sign free agent safety Malik Hooker which would give Holland the opportunity for a slower transition into the NFL. If the team cannot come to terms with Hooker, they are hopeful that Holland can jump in and start day 1. [Reply]
