Well damn man, I am disappoint... you're a rockstar chef in my book [Reply]
Did a point thru the stall and a chicken to 160 today. I'll cube the point, slice the chicken and finish in the oven tommorow. Also have wings and some pulled pork that had been frozen.

This is my go to!!!
Pro Tip: after you put the cream cheese on, add a cocktail sausage/lil Smokey/whatever before you wrap it in bacon.
Thank me later.
Edit: sorry, thought this was a halved jalepeno pepper, halved, then filled with cream cheese and cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon. Don’t forget your weenie!! [Reply]
Got my BBQ sauce in the crock pot should be good to go in 3-4 hours and I'll have time to grill chicken tenders for sliders and I'll throw on a pork tenderloin.
First time in a year it's like getting back on a bicycle. [Reply]

There may or may not be 30 cans of that delicious nectar in my fridge calling my name already. As much as I want to crack one, I'm holding off until 4 or so [Reply]

When I first saw the polar bear in your signature, I thought it was a whole turkey or chicken from the grocery store.

LOL, about a year ago I heard my garage door open (we all have each other's garage door codes in this 'hood) and it was my neighbor coming over to borrow some beers out of the beer 'fridge, so make sure those 30 are still there. [Reply]
