Srvy, tap out dude. I hate seeing you do this to yourself.

Oh...there's more when you dig into the BBC article explaining it..

The differences have been magnified nearly 10,000 times to show up as they do in the new model.

The Earth is an oblate spheroid - mostly spherical, but flat at the top and round at the Equator. It's also smoother than a billiard ball would be if they were both the same size.

I learned both of those by the eighth grade. It's fairly basic.

See that's where they get you. Schools exist for indoctrination not education.

I know this to be true because I heard it from BEP who is not a professional educator, therefore she knows more than actual teachers.

Is there anything in this thread that srvy would not have known if he had even made it to 6th grade?

ohhhhhhh, you're a surveyor huh?

surely surveyor school taught you to rely on facts like measurements and direction and the like...

you said the earth is shaped like a potato...

how do you survey the surface of a cosmic potato??

I could care less about what Dr Carson says about storage for grain and have not even bothered to look into it and dont care. I only posted in here after Lane and Fish boldly stated we know because the Egyptians told us.

A search has not even remotely said this its theory. There is not drawing found yet of hot to build these things nor explanations as to why.

You keep linking to things that hurt your own point. That page also explains that geoid relates to gravity and not shape.
