I think it's clear by the fact that Ehinger was included in this deal that he was about to get cut as well. So you want to bitch about us moving Ehinger for a UDFA that was gonna get cut - well we gave up a guy who was on his way off the roster anyway so what does it matter? [Reply]

On the other side of that coin, Carolina felt they could stash their guy on the practice squad. Someone got him, but it was into the season after an injury.
If Dallas feels there is no way Ward clears waivers to go on the PS, they might as well deal him now and get something for him. [Reply]
I don't see a whole lot wrong with this trade. Ehinger wasn't going to be a starter and his departure will open a spot for Hunter, McKenzie, or Wylie. Ward's arrival, along with Scandrick may end the Amerson experiment. [Reply]
