I'm gonna talk out of my ass but guess that one of our NIL boosters benefits from local matchups/this is now seen as a way to local support through the NIL.
We're up against Mizzou, UMKC and Wichita State. Bill always said we'd only schedule local matchups if it benefitted us, which makes me think something's changed in the calculus. [Reply]
Yeah this kid has now said he's going to reclassify to 2023 and would go to KU if they offered. He's on a unofficial visit right now. He's a Jayhawk. Obviously he's not a high profile recruit - believe hes around 200 to 250 but we had some good luck with local kids that really wanted to be here in Ochai, Braun and DaJuan. [Reply]

He also correctly noted nothing is final until the ink dries on whatever kind of media deal the PAC-12 might be able to scrounge up.

Although Christian Braun was flashing more than I might have guessed. So maybe I'll be surprised.
I think Dick could be really good in the NBA. With better spacing and less attention from defenses, he should get plenty of open shots. And those are almost automatic. [Reply]
