Nannys chicken. Homemade broccoli casserole, homemade rolls , salad, homemade Mac n cheese.

Last night was spiral sliced ham and traditional turkey dinner, we had prime rib for thanksgiving.

I have eaten twice the last two day's, both big meals with separate family's. Both meals consisted of brisket, cheesy potatoes, broccoli rice casserole and dinner rolls, a couple sides changed. I think I'm going to order Chinese tomorrow and clean out the frig.

Lots of good Christmas dinners here. I smoked up a turkey and mom put a ham on her traegger. Other than that it was really simple. Lots of fresh produce. It was good.

I should have grabbed pics.

I love Chicken Piccata done right and while I'm not a huge fan of Angel hair, you look like you nailed it! :-)

I stuffed my face for late lunch today with great dim sum. I always feel so happy and content when I leave

If you bake much, a good Kitchenaid stand mixer is well worth the investment.

I'd strongly encourage you toward the 6qt. (7?) model over the 4.5 or 5.

We rarely bake. If ever.

I like the idea of making pizza though.

Aside from pizza, ever make bread?

Have a good-size food processor? ATK says the processor is better at pizza dough than a mixer.

I rarely eat bread at home. We usually don't even keep it in the house. I rarely eat any baked desert goods either.

I still fit into my college pants and plan to keep it that way (slight homo).

So, the family has decided that I'm going to learn how to make pizza... Any tips? I got a nice stone for Christmas, but other than that, I'm a noob.

Some stores will sell you prepared pizza dough, if you want to start learning in stages.
