The worst NFL quarterback competitions this century.
Somebody PLEASE tell me how Croyle - Huard - Thigpen isn't at the top of this list. That was considered a camp competition, was it not? I don't recall Herm saying "Thiggy is our guy..."
But I could be wrong.
My first post ever on a Chiefs message board (other than the Star comment section) was on the Scout forum, making the case that Damon Huard is actually a pretty good QB. I'm glad that forum died and th4e evidence is gone. [Reply]
This dude is so obviously gonna make the team. Love that physicality and the motor. "Ah, I gotta go cover a kick..." after he scores the touchdown.
Just another guy like Bell that is gonna screw around and have a long-career in this league by just working his ass off.
I was listening to a post game show and the dummies at 810 were talking about Watson like he's a fringe guy who MIGHT make the team if they carry six.
Dude is absolutely starting a game this year. Period. He's doing it in practice. He's doing it in games. he has NO obvious flaws. He's fast and tall and physical and works hard and has the trust and enthusiasm of his teammates. [Reply]
