If you know a dude like that who's from Pittsburgh, it's kind of a funny character that guy has created. Hell, I wouldn't even say he's created it... he's just done a good job replicating the attitudes and accent of people from Pittsburgh.

It's not something you can watch clips upon clips upon clips of. It's not that funny. But it's amusing.

Ok. You have a point, but I still find that guy somewhat annoying. I think Kroll Show did a better take on the Pittsburgh / Philly area persona.
