Well FWIW, the rumor mill is saying that the Browns were inquiring about Watson. It would seem they're not sold on Mayfield at all if that's true.
Even if the rumors aren't true, it sews doubt about the situation in Cleveland. Allen Robinson is at a point in his career where he can get a decent payday but also compete for that ultimate goal.
