Texas requires the polio, MMR, TDAP, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and varicella (chickenpox) vaccines for all students in school.

[Of course Rep Roy is from Maryland and may not know this but it’s required there too] https://t.co/2F22X7mNHg

I'm curious how anti-covid-vaxxers feel about this.

Why are you posting something Dr. Ding posted back in November?

Better yet why are you posting anything Dr. Ding says at all?

What's the exercise here? We're supposed to be shaming a doctor who's exhausted and emotionally wrecked from watching other people die for the past year and a half? Using a doctor's candid reaction as some kind of no one believes my bullshit, so here's some fear porn!!!1111!!!?

Nice.

Mahomes Magic said it's common sense that a healthy 25-year-old shouldn't get vaccinated. He thinks the risks of the vaccine outweigh the risks of getting seriously ill with covid. Apparently in his disinformation bubble nobody young and healthy goes to the hospital or dies of covid. Just seeing if maybe I can pierce that bubble a bit.

Every highly vaccinated state has below average Covid-19 hospitalizations, while hospitalizations and deaths are rising more in places with weaker vaccination rates, a WSJ analysis found https://t.co/PvjJGlFSGv

Missouri taxi company refuses vaccinated, masked customers

“We don't allow any type of masks in our vehicles. The second one, we're very against the vaccines, and we do not wish to have people in our vehicle that did the vaccines,” owner Charlie Bullington told KMOV in an interview that was published on Thursday.

According to the taxi service’s website, Yo Transportation operates in Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, Montgomery, St. Charles, St. Louis and Warren counties. KMOV reported that the business has operated for 16 years.

During the interview, Bullington also said, “I understand Missouri is one of the top three states with the lowest vaccination rate, so I am proud of all the Missouri people for standing against this.”

According to Becker’s Hospital Review, as of Friday, Missouri actually ranked 39th among states based on percentage of population fully vaccinated. According to data from Johns Hopkins University, about 42 percent of the state’s population is fully vaccinated.

Customers on Yelp and Google have complained about anti-masking messaging they received from the company, the Riverfront Times reported.

One reviewer who said they were denied a ride said the driver texted them multiple times afterward.

"This man spent 2 hours harassing me via text about his anti mask nonsense. I had to ask him three times to leave me alone," the reviewer said, the Riverfront Times reported.

Despite Bullington’s controversial policies, Missouri is fighting a wave of new COVID-19 cases. The state saw 3,257 new cases on Thursday, compared with hundreds in late May and June.

The Hill has reached out to Yo Transportation for comment.

Here's a photo from the Rebublican Liberty Caucus of Texas. 3 of the 6 men in this pic have died of Covid this year. (Dave Nalle, Jeff LeBlanc, and now H Scott Apley)https://t.co/RVCE2I2NW0 pic.twitter.com/BCtnfjrW0q

Maybe just get the vaccine and pick another hill to (literally) die on?

Joe Rogan sure has you in a hissy fit about this doesn't he? It has to be like the 10th time you brought him up in this thread.

I for one always consult stand up comedians for my medical advice.

He has like 20 million followers. Almost all of them dudes who don't trust official sources and "do their own research". He's insanely influential. He's like the male Oprah.

I actually like the guy as a comedian and mostly as a person. NewsRadio is my favorite TV show of all time - so I'll always have a soft spot for any cast member. I just wish he'd take is position a little more seriously.

If he was just some random jackass with 200k listeners it would be fine to host every crackpot conspiracy out there. As it is, people are literally dying because Rogan is telling them they don't need the vaccine.
