Have to admit it, I've briefly looked at this band you've posted a few times and dont quite see it... maybe its just me, and I'll give it another go right now

Its all good, there isnt a loser on that album... but my oh my the second half of that album just tears the roof down

Kinda rediscovered it today, and its going back into HEAVY rotation

I can understand. The language barrier is a thing. The instrumentation though is excellent. Misa the bassist, Kanami the lead guitarist, and Akane the drums are all really talented musicians.

This whole album is fantastic :

Yeah the language things plays a part, but their musicianship is clearly outstanding

No kidding, many of nights I had some Double Vision!

Don't know a single song this gal sings other than I ran across this on the net and thought I would spin it. I have to say put a lot of effort into it to be as much as Janis Joplin. I listen to all of it and have to say it it one of the best performances I have heard other than the original artist.

It's worth a listen.

@37:03 - Keep on Chooglin was my dad's jam growing up.
The one he'd put the HiFi on full blast and put out pillows for our heads and pop a bowl of popcorn.

That, and the soundtrack from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

His was from the Live in Europe LP, though.

Mom would listen to the stereo [Loretta, George, Conway, Dolly, etc] all day, but in the evening it was Dad's time for music.

It wasn't until I grew up and saw it on video that I learned that John played both the harmonica and guitar solos, and the bass/drum break was so he could switch.
