He's a fast guy who plays football. He's not a football player. Never was in the cards and he found himself on the absolute PERFECT team as well. Had he ended up on 80% of the other teams in the league he might just be a practice squad guy.

Hardman doesn't get enough opportunities for me to be down on him. The entire offense has been habitual offenders when it comes to drops and fumbles

He doesn't get opportunities because he runs shitty routes, can't get separation even with his speed, drops passes he should catch and then takes every opportunity to give the ball back running after the catch or returning punts.
