Does no suspension announcements usually happen the same way? IE: It seems suspensions like to be released on Friday afternoon's before the weekend comes as some guesses are being made about today.
How do non-suspensions get handled? I guess I haven't paid attention to those. Similar time frame releases? [Reply]
