Here in the Texas panhandle 6 degrees all day. Headed for -7 to -10 by Monday.

6-12 inches snow tomorrow/Monday

had to call every tenant to make sure they keep water running or they'll be SOL for a week.

THANK GOD I don't have to deal with the Hog farm any more. I feel for the livestock producers. They earn their money in a big way!

Those bastard on the border trying to check in are fucked in their short sleeve shirts. LOL

Not quite as cold today(20) but it’s been snowing for 14 hours. Over a foot of snow in the land of no snow removal equipment.

for now stick with fiberglass,

you can do foam but why? You learned to put a heater in the garage when it's cold. If selling, you have to disclose it.

Do you have a heat/ac vent in the garage? is it open?

We’ve apparently been on the news. This is a Patrick Mahomes level event—once in a generation. I’m melting snow in the bathtub for my dog’s water.

Next Wednesday it’s supposed to be 60 degrees. It’s going to get ugly when it thaws.

I wondered about the possibility of flooding and melt. Wonder if we will hear of someone where the ice falls off the house and hits their gas line
