This is the time of year where the NFL decides who wins. If we lose I promise penalties will have a lot to do with it. If the Pats win, penalties in their favor will have a lot to do with it. They are at home and never get penalized there. Pats are not great and will face good teams this time. Unlike last year. If they win the SB its totally rigged. They have been sucking wind all year. Of course. Your defense mechanism is already kicking. This way instead of being crushed by a loss and having to deal with those emotions like an adult, you will go to this mindset and cope with it that way. Shocking. [Reply]

At this point I just hope they find a way to get him to go away from the team as they prepare for a SB run. There's no need to waste time with him in practice if he's going to keep singing the day-to-day chorus. Have him go pickup gum wrappers or something. [Reply]

Those stairwells aren't going to clean themselves! [Reply]
A guy called in to 810 tonight and said he went through HL and he didn’t think Eric would be able to play again. Said after you go through the chemo and everything your body just doesn’t heal the same as before and how Eric is at that age where the body starts to slow down healing even if HL wasn’t a factor. He said the doctor might have told him that there’s no guarantee you will heal after the surgery. Pointed out that his body probably used a ton of its energy towards healing the Achilles and that trying to repair the other one while the other still isn’t fully healed could cause problems. [Reply]
It really boils down to have the surgery or retire with an injury settlement. If he can't play a game and a half worth of snaps without the pain on 4 months rest he'll never get by on just rest alone. [Reply]
