It's a matter of treatment options for me. With that cap hit, I'd keep him if surgery is an option to fix it. If not, we might as well rip off the bandaid. [Reply]

I hate paying that much dead money. But it may not be a bad idea to cut our losses if we have no confidence in his ability to play any games. It means we take a big cap hit next year but we save ourselves from getting sledgehammered for 2 or 3 yes instead [Reply]
Cut him. **** it, I’ve been patient enough and have had it.
He has missed a lot of playing time. 3 of the last 4 seasons he hasn’t really played. He can’t stay healthy and he is probably not the same player he once was.
No use keeping him. He is just gonna take up cap space and give you limited productivity. There is no value in keepig Berry at this point.
Love the guy and all, but this organization needs to make better use of its cap space and money.
If I were the Chiefs, the plan would be to draft his replacement either in the 1st or 2nd round. [Reply]

No but if Dorsey is gonna get all the credit for drafting guys like Mahomes from some people, then he gets all of the blame for this disastrous contract. [Reply]
