Nzoner's Game Room>****OFFICIAL NBA Playoffs Thread****
KC_Connection 10:11 AM 08-28-2020
Have been banned from the other thread by an apparently sensitive snowflake (ironically after dozens of pages of political discussion from others) so I'll stick my thoughts on the NBA Playoffs here from now on. We needed a new thread anyway.

Haha. Shaq?! Shaq wouldn’t even be a starter in today’s NBA. All that guy had was size. Worst hall of fame “athlete” of all time. So glad Lebron has expanded the game and evolved it into pure athletes all over the court.

Why would Shaq ever take a shot outside the paint?

in the 2020 calendar year my 3 teams in the team sports i care about 2 of the 3 have won it. Chiefs, Lakers and The Dodgers are still in it for MLB. I have no idea if they will win as they seem to choke in the post season, but its been a heck of a run for my favorite teams.

Jordan will always have the perfect career narrative wise. It's clean & easy to follow. Slowly built up, overcame Detroit, 6-0, etc. LeBron can never match that.

But, when it comes to which player brings the most to the table, nobody has ever been better than LeBron.

3 players from the 2003 draft are still active in the league. two of them are melo & korver, who are barely hanging on. luke walton is like 4 years into his coaching career. james jones is already a fucking gm. and lebron is still the best player in the world
