I've referenced many times on this forum that, while I myself am not gang affiliated, i got some relatives who are.

Anyway, Pet Shop Boys came to San Diego and filmed a music video with the neighborhood gang that my relatives are from. I thought it was odd as fuck that the Pet Shop Boys were filming a video with some Sherman Heights gang bangers but here it is:

Dre and snoop combined have sold over 52M albums worldwide.

U2 alone has 175M.

That's not necessarily an indicator of 'hits' obviously.

U2 has won 22 grammys........though there's a lot to argue with that as well.

As I said, Dre and Snoop are great. It's ok to like or dislike all in the conversation.

Prince on the other hand.......a legend that shouldnt even be talked about it in the same sentence as Dre/Snoop/etc etc. :-)
