"Bad Teacher" with Cameron Diaz and "Horrible Bosses" with Jennifer Anniston.
Who's hotter?
Cameron in her Daisy Dukes getting all soapy at the car wash, or
Jennifer in her black lingerie sucking on a popsicle, banana and hot dog?

Never thought Cameron Diaz was all that. She's in that category of "weird looking chicks I just don't get people thinking is so hot". Along with Uma Thurman and Julia Roberts.
Aniston, on the other hand, has gotten better looking with age. Sure, she was cute in "Friends", but it was the doughy young "just like 1000 other young actresses" cute. As she's aged, she's improved a shitload. She's hotter now at 50 than she was at 25, IMO.

Both could get it. I will say ANinston has aged better but in her prime Diaz was a total smoke show.
