Nicky Lopez is on one hell of a hot streak right now. He's got his BA above .300 because of this streak. Over the last month he has a .373 BA .426 OBP .466 SLG .892 OPS and is playing SS at a GG level.

1) This is to announce that Moore is moving "upstairs" to something like a president of baseball relations role (and they're either promoting someone internal to GM or will hire externally)
2) This is to announce organizational change in the minor leagues (new teams, etc.)
