Just took a quick look at the Eagles subreddit. They're VERY happy that he CHOSE VJ.

The Broncos subreddit? Not happy.

That’s weird, because the number one gripe they had with Gannon last year was how passive he was. VJ’s aggressive mindset should’ve been appealing to them.

Sean's more of an ass man than a tit man.

Rex pulled his name off the table you buttfucking moron. It’s taking forever for FatAss PaidATon to assemble a staff of shitty coaches, because nobody worth a shit wants to work with him, and deal with a bottom feeder dumpster fire franchise that in the same division as Mahomes!

:-)

They've seen the results of his defenses, so his "mindset" is irrelevant.

Last time Andy played Vance Joseph the Chiefs scored 44 points.

Great pick!

Sean Payton has been busy continuing his TV job. You don't think his choice shows he's just the slightest bit distracted?

Vance Joseph’s DVOA ratings as Cardinals DC:

2019 - 23rd overall
2020 - 10th overall
2021 - 6th overall
2022 - 25th overall

Vance Joseph was able to build a bottom-barrel defense into a Top 10 one for a two seasons before the entire organization decided to fall apart.

The amount of times I’ve had to rewind tape and say “okay this guy showed here and dropped there and this guy was aligned here and blitzed there but where the hell did this guy loop in from” whenever I watch his defenses lmao

You know Payton had to be absolutely convicted to bring VJ back to Denver. Everybody would’ve loved Rex, VJ is a tough sell for some people in Denver.

Tariq Woolen, CB w/Seattle, says Walruss "looks like a sack of potatoes".

Well, he also had about 3 or 4 other choices turn him down.
