Dante84 06:29 PM 01-08-2022
Need the boys to get right.

Bye would help a ton.

As of Friday, 1/14: Clyde out, everyone else should be active, although Darrel is listed as "Questionable."

Does Zayne Anderson have any mysterious injuries this week?

McKinnon is a very willing and effective pass protector.

Any RB is giving up strength/size to a blitzing LBer - technique and effort is all it really takes past a certain size threshhold.

McKinnon is over 200 lbs - he's plenty big enough to stand in the way. And has the agility that Williams lacks that can also help him stay in front of CB/S blitzes to boot.

Yep, Darrel also.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said everybody practiced today.

Specific to Tyreek Hill (heel), Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder), Darrel Williams (toe), Reid said they "looked good" in practice and team will continue evaluating them in the coming days.

Just leaving the practice field. Tyreek Hill (heel), Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder), Darrel Williams (toe) are out here.

Here’s CEH and Williams. pic.twitter.com/EyErQwOMGn

Darrel wouldn't be practicing if he had turf toe.

I think we good.

He'll be getting limited reps behind our best (and starting) RB anyway, so it's all good.

As if anyone would believe your evaluations over DJ's. :-)

He's a damn good pass blocker. You're dead ass wrong. Again.

He has barely played this year, and not in pass blocking situations, because he is not good at it.

Darrel is our workhorse. Over 1,000 total yards, 8 TDs.

CEH is #2

Honestly, pass blocking isn't a huge concern. More often than not, Andy wants everybody running routes and it hasn't been a big issue because teams refuse to send extra blitzers against Mahomes.

The offensive line has been pretty damn good all things considered.

Basically. They're 2nd in attempts and 2nd in pass percentage. They're throwing the ball almost 70% of the time this season but despite that, Mahomes is probably the healthiest he's been since 2018.

I'd say Veach did a bang up job.

Hard to argue with that.

We can only hope. Him and Sorenson are impervious to injuries.
