I saw a clickbait thing that mentioned that Jerry Seinfeld had 73 different girlfriends on his show, and this was presented as being unrealistic.
How many girlfriend/boyfriends have you had in your life?
The rules:
We're not talking about people that you've gone on dates with, or people that you've stalked. This is not people you've woken up next to after a night of absinthe and ecstasy. We're also not talking about that weird but kind of hot way that women talk about female friends as "their girlfriend" when they're really just going to the mall together.
We're talking about people that you've dated for long enough that you would refer to the person in conversation as your girlfriend/boyfriend, and they would do the same. You would drink from the same straw as them. That sort of thing. [Reply]

Based on this definition, I don't even think I could count how many. I was in 1st grade when I had my first girlfriend. And steady girlfriends since I was in 6th grade. The 70's and 80's were some fun times. [Reply]

Oh, well yeah. That's how it's supposed to work. [Reply]

Six as actual boyfriends meaning in a relationship that's fairly long-term and exclusive; 7 mos min or longer by a year or more starting from age 16. ( My first infatuation that I thought was love) Not counting people I dated for a short time or on/off. [Reply]
