Maybe not the strongest arms but Carl Furillo (nicknamed "the Reading Rifle" and Rocky Colavito were the two I grew up watching.

From 1987 to 1991 where he actually played alot of games he was only in the Top 10 or so in assists once. Do you know who was in the top 10 in assists almost every year? Barry Bonds. Some guy named Jesse Barfield led the league two years in a row two different times in OF assists sooo Bo Jackson isnt a pimple on any of these guys ass.

Another guy from that era that gets overlooked is Alex Ochoa.

He was a toolsy outfield prospect that never hit enough, but his arm was an absolute missile.
