I was being hyperbolic. They lost almost half of their starters on D, and they could still lose more. And again, it's not just about the quantity, it's the quality.

Slay is their CB1. Hargrave was their best interior DL. Their LB corpse is going to be brand new. They might lose their best S in CJGJ.

Not to mention they lost their DC and will likely have some schematic changes on that side of the ball.

That's not the fucking same as the Chiefs losing role players while most of their best players on both sides of the ball are still here.

Also, the Chiefs have already filled their 2 biggest holes with quality free agents.
