Patteeu Memorial Political Forum>GOPCP'ers - Who do you *WANT* to see run for POTUS in 2024?
Mephistopheles Janx 10:51 AM 11-29-2021
Pretty straightforward. If you wish to qualify who you would chose and why I would be interested in reading it. I'd also be curious as to whom you might think would be the ideal running mate.

Trump is running, thus anyone else good will probably sit out. But the only candidates outside of Trump that I'd vote for right now are Rand Paul and Ron DeSantis.

No Rand Paul option... Poll fail...

I want DeSantis to remain governor, after which he can run for president. I don't want the risk of getting Crist in office as governor here.

Yes, I believe so. I have my some reservations but if I have to get rid of Biden or any other WEF-connected Bolshevik, I may have to cast another vote for Trump.

There's no question DeSantis is far and away the best option. Trump would just ignite the flames of the radical left versus right again and that's the last thing anyone wants to see. If he were to actually get re-elected after losing to Biden the first time around I can't even imagine the shitstorm that would ensue. Any benefits to him winning would just be squashed by all the BS the radical left would drum up.

Cruz would probably be a decent President, but he is not charismatic enough to have a real chance in this modern political world.

Overall, that's a pretty depressing list. The only thing more depressing are the options on the left.

Saying he's a better choice than Trump is just the silly political right attempt to appease the leftist blowhards because "mean tweets".

4 new years of Trump and you hand the dems the next 8

Trumps power over congress R's was in place because he could go a 2nd term...he blew that and if he were to run and if he were reelected, he wont have the run of the henhouse like he would like.

No one in history has called to action his opponents like the Donald and he woul reawaken them in spades.

The D's will IMHO run with Mayor Pete and someone not Kamala. Pete is beatable but will run stronger than his myopic detractors think. But Pete could beat Trump.

I voted Trump before but I need a new fresh actually likable, younger, smart front runner who wants 2 terms. And can help pack the house and senate even more.

probably DeSantis, even though I'm not GOP, so I didn't vote. I'm more of a lefty.
