I gave you a suggestion, but I see that you've chosen to ignore that just like you're ignoring the math, because you don't like it.

Rather than pollute this thread (and the Lounge) with your stupidity, I will engage you in the DC thread if you wish, but I won't reply to you here again.

I just don't find the numbers to be very meaningful given that they are driven by so many things other than the contagiousness and severity of the disease itself.

It's really no more than, as of now, it's killed 3.59% of those who have gotten it.

Good because you are part of the reason for panic because you are fucking dumb.

I said the mortality rate is dropping, you then spouted off on some completely other dumb shit path like you usually do.

So feel free to stfu

There wasn't any..... 10,000 Americans died do you remember the Media hyping it? Sure they did a little, but now with social media you have Google doctors all over the place.

I don't remember it that well, but I also don't remember the hysteria.

And you are smarter than the rest of them by not taking it seriously?

Multiple healthcare organizations are concerned and taking this very seriously

At this point the numbers in America might be irrelevant because this thing is clearly out there making the rounds and we aren't testing for it in large quantities. I'd feel much better about the numbers from somewhere like South Korea that's actually doing large scale testing.

And the Swine Flu was far more deadly to children/younger adults than COVID-19, yet there wasn't the mass closure of schools/colleges, cancellation of sporting events, etc.
