Short story long.....I've been here since 2011 and haven't posted much (.07 per day (take that shit Clay) and I'm trying to become more involved.
AC was kind of enough to change my username from "DJKid" to "HayWire" last night so I figured this would be the best chance to introduce myself and jump into the mix.
While I may still be considered a noob, I've been lurking for 8 years (I came here when the Coalition got shitty) and have met a lot of you in person (you no see me).
There are a lot of great personalities and takes on this board:

It turns out that this dude had a FAMILY TREE all printed out just laying in his desk and (as would be expected) there are lots of HayWires.
Only thing is...the oldest HayWire is female; Arlene HayWire.
Apparently, Henry BinderTwine was so ashamed of his last name, when he married Brenda HayWire, he decided to take her name.
So, by all rights....the HayWire name should not exist.
