Do any of you guys subscribe to that Motley Fool (?)

I have trouble paying for someone's opinion...but someone I know who has no problem with it and subscribes to him, told me a couple of months ago to take my gains and pull my money from the market because it was going to get rough for about a month. Kind of wish I would have listened to him...

I don't pay for them, but I see their free stuff. I've invested in four stocks they've recommended in the past three months and am losing money on all of them, and I'm pretty sure they're down more than the market in general. I am displeased with this outcome.

did you read their disclosure. Maybe those particular stocks were considered long term investments

I don't recall, other than they said that they're all "no brainer" buys. The last one I bought (TRUP) promptly dropped about 20 percent within two weeks, so I can attest that they're definitely not short-term investments.

Hey, if you all would have bought in when I brought it up and not been greedy you could have made a 70% gain. Of course I could have too.
