Murray has just enough positive traits to cobble together an effective career. Not great, but effective. All he has to do is rely on the quick timing passes, which seems to suit his skill set. He has a quick release with good accuracy and zip on the short passes. Then when the opportunity presents itself take off like Lamar Jackson, with the difference being Murray can throw on the run.
Like I said, he won't be great but good coaching and a decent scheme can make him an effective starter. One other thing; I have never said this about anybody in my life but Murray has a face that you just want to punch. [Reply]

Aside from all around dominating performance on both sides of the ball by starters/second string guys, what I liked the most was defense making Kyler Murray look like Geno Smith. We done figured out gimmick QBs. Mahomes better be ready. [Reply]
