I was very close to using Kevin from The Office to award bonuses to my employees a couple of months ago. I was really interested in doing it. But my concern was that he wouldn't do it as the character Kevin but rather as the actor Brian. I was less excited about that. There ended up being a timing issue so we didn't do it, but I think we should have.
