dirk digler 04:02 PM 10-18-2022
Can't believe the regular season starts tonight. Just seemed like the Finals ended a couple weeks ago.

Philly vs Celtics: 6:30PM CST TNT

GSW vs Lakers: 9:00PM CST TNT

We've been over that one many, many times. He got caught up in Twitter's propensity to blow up bullshit and deleted his post once the truth came out. It happens.

2. They denigrate 2 of the 4 titles Lebron managed to win in 20 seasons by doing so.
:-) Yup. Lebron loses to a super team and excuses get made. Lebron wins with a super team and he's the greatest!

Of course it is biased, but it is also the truth.

No it doesn't.

The overwhelming majority of people, and even MJ, would've at least apologized to the hero cop that he tried to make out to be a villain.

LeBron is almost certainly a huge asshole too, but it would be hard to imagine being a bigger one than MJ.

MJ would have never even taken a stance at all on any political or social issue, so that logic doesn't fly.

And yet he was and is infinitely more likable that LeBron.

I'd much rather have dinner with MJ and have him treat me like shit the entire time, than sit down with fake-ass LeFRAUD.

You're right. He wasn't a puppet for the Democratic Party telling lies like black people are being "hunted" by police.

That's a good thing to anybody but LWNJs and Bronsexuals.

Don't really know what y'all are talking about but if that's true and Lebron never even acknowledged he was wrong publicly, much less apologized, that's just incredibly fucked given his status.

People don't really mind an asshole that doesn't pretend not to be an asshole.

People hate an asshole that tries to pretend to be a good guy.

He never even acknowledged what he said about the cop specifically was wrong or apologized.

In fact, he bascially doubled down here:

ANGER does any of us any good and that includes myself! Gathering all the facts and educating does though! My anger still is here for what happened that lil girl. My sympathy for her family and may justice prevail! ✊

— LeBron James (@KingJames) April 21, 2021

"My anger is still here for what happened to that little girl"

"May justice prevail"

Hold up, it's a lie that black people are disproportionately killed by police in the U.S.?

It's good that an athlete of LeBron's stature actually points that fact out. MJ, with the only care in his world ever being his financial bottomline, has never and would never.

I mean that isn't an argument, Jordan would have never said anything, he even acknowledged that.

Oof. Just looked into the full context. Yeah, that's INCREDIBLY fucked that LeBron didn't take accountability for his post.
