My wife and I tried to do that juice fasting where you get a juicer and do fruits/vegetables...after 5 days my stomach felt like it was eating itself. [Reply]

No matter how effective the crash diet part may be, I'd stop short of saying it works great if you're needing to do it over and over again. [Reply]

Alan Faneca runs marathons now or you can be Russell Maryland who is like 5 bills.
They would almost have to lose weight considering that it takes about 10k calories a day to stay a big and strong as they are.
Hell I’d bet someone like JJ Watt has lost a decent amount of weight simply from not doing that and going down to 2-3k calories a day as a retired player. [Reply]
